In line with strengthening synergies across its subsidiaries and enhancing alignment in pursuing the Group\u2019s overarching goals, Hotro Group (Kourosh Agro-Industry Development)<\/a> has announced the formation of the Strategic Ambassadors Council, comprised of selected representatives from its eight companies.<\/p>

The Council has been created to ensure continuous follow-up on strategic matters, facilitate knowledge-sharing among companies, and build organizational alignment. Acting as a bridge between business units and senior management, members of the Council will play a vital role in monitoring market dynamics, identifying challenges and opportunities, and proposing actionable solutions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

At the Council\u2019s inaugural meeting, emphasis was placed on the three pillars of decision-making within Golrang Industrial Group: growth mindset, diversified business portfolio, and on-the-ground realities. Within this framework, two forward-looking strategic scenarios\u2014Agile Trials (time-limited opportunities) and Focused Strike\u2014were analyzed to guide organizational pathways.<\/p>

The Council also outlined four key priorities for its agenda:<\/p>

1. Assessing the degree of uncertainty within the industry<\/p>

2. Defining strategic positioning in response to emerging scenarios<\/p>

3. Designing action portfolios aligned with each scenario<\/p>

4. Actively and dynamically managing strategy in a changing environment<\/p>
